Retail investors may purchase units of any SciVest Fund exclusively through representatives of Dealers in each Offering Jurisdiction. The Funds are offered through the Confidential Offering Memorandum. Investors who wish to subscribe for Class A Units of a Fund must complete, execute and deliver a Subscription Agreement to a representative of a Dealer, together with payment in an amount equal to the purchase price and, if applicable, with the amount of any commissiion payable by the investor to the dealer. All SciVest Funds are offered with the Front-End sales charge option only. The minimum investment amount for an accredited investor is $25,000. The SciVest Market Neutral Fund offers weekly pricing and liquidity with the price reported electronically and in print (in most newspapers, under "Other Funds"). All other SciVest Funds offer similar weekly pricing, liquidity, and reporting. |
